Community Guidelines

Welcome to Moemate! We are introducing Community Guidelines to empower your individual experiences and ensure freedom of expression while protecting and respecting the community at large.

Any character which does not adhere to our Community Guidelines will be unlisted from the public characters and can only be accessed and shared privately. However, we do understand that fiction often pushes limits in order to hold a mirror up to reality and sometimes may be provocative for certain audiences, while totally acceptable to others; for these, public sharing will be permitted behind a safety and sensitivity content filter. We hope these guidelines are a step in the right direction to provide AI tools that ensure individual freedom of expression, while fostering a diverse community.

We believe that AI enables a world of immersive entertainment and fantasy fiction. While Moemate has enabled anyone to create characters who come to life, our next goals are far more expansive and include building a shared universe with many AI characters and humans working and playing together. Our platform is dedicated to fostering creativity and sharing in the world of AI-generated characters. To ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for everyone, we've established the following Community Guidelines for sharing characters publicly. By using Moemate, you agree to these guidelines.

Respect and Inclusivity

1. Respect Privacy: Do not share personal information about others without their consent. This includes but is not limited to real names, locations, contact information, and private communications.

2. No Bullying or Harassment: Bullying, threatening, or harassing other users is unacceptable. This includes sharing characters intended to mock, intimidate, or demean others. This also includes sharing characters that condone violence against specific individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disabilities or diseases.

Creative Integrity

1. Originality: Your creations should be your own. Respect intellectual property rights and refrain from infringing on the copyrights or trademarks of others.

2. No Misinformation: Do not create or share characters or narratives intended to deceive others. This includes spreading false information and creating misleading or fake characters.

3. Appropriate Content: While we celebrate creativity, we expect all content, including character designs and narratives, to be appropriate for a diverse audience. Explicit pornographic and underage content is not permitted in publicly shared characters.

Community Participation

1. Reporting Violations: If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it to us. We rely on our community members to help maintain a safe environment.

2. Consequences: Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning from Moemate.

3. Feedback and Support: We value your feedback. If you have suggestions or need assistance, please contact our support team.
